What Planban Collects
The public website collects email addresses submitted through the update form so Planban can send product notes, tutorial drops, and platform updates.
How Email Is Used
Signup emails are used only for Planban updates. They are not sold or shared for advertising. You can unsubscribe from future broadcasts when an unsubscribe link is provided, or ask for removal directly.
Website Hosting
Like most websites, Planban's public site may process standard request metadata needed to serve, cache, route, and protect the site, such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timing information.
To understand how the site is used, Planban uses Umami Cloud, a cookieless analytics service operated by Umami Software, Inc. Umami does not set cookies, does not track visitors across websites, and does not store personal data. Planban only sees aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, browsers, operating systems, device types, and countries. Umami states that Umami Cloud servers are located in the EU and US. Read Umami's privacy policy for how Umami handles data.
Local Product Data
Planban itself is designed around local planning state. The public website email form does not receive your boards, Items, Groups, Specs, Plans, repository paths, or local project contents.
